It has always proved to be an enjoyable session with everyone joining in and engaging well. I always love the dawning of understanding that happens on people’s faces as they learn about themselves and other people. "Claire initially provided Liberating Leadership training to all the senior Leaders across the UK team. The course was delivered in such an effective and interactive way that we all thoroughly enjoyed the group sessions. Claire’s way of approaching the training made the whole process both fun and rewarding and we left with a more insightful understanding of what kind of leader we are and also a better understanding of how to lead moving forward.

Due to the success of the initial training, we have rolled out the course to middle managers and supervisors and we will continue to utilise some of the one2one follow up sessions that Claire has offered.
