Insights Discovery
As an Insights Discovery Partner, we offer a range of training and development opportunities that support the overall effectiveness of an organisation. From individual development to team level or with organisational change; Insights Discovery has a programme to fit your needs.
An Introduction to Insights Discovery –
The programme is shaped around Jungian Theory of Communication Preferences, the integral role of perception and The Insights Colour Theory. Insights Personal Profiles cover topics of engagement including key strength, possible weaknesses, the value they bring to the team, preferred communication style, opposite types, possible blind spots, and even suggestions for personal growth.

Insights Discovery Team Effectiveness is an additional programme that aims to maximise team potential, improving their interpersonal dynamic, allowing them to meet challenges as they arise. Teams may face barriers to their development & collaboration including change management, team growth, adjustment of expectation, absence, work-load management, organisational expectation, and customer co-ordination. Leadership Development
Liberating Leadership
Effective Leadership is achieved through commitment and consistency. We use the Liberating Leadership Model which is a practical programme focused on a step-by-step process, central mindset, and core set of skills. Leadership & management development is also offered in the form of personalised coaching. Effective Leadership takes sustained effort; it takes conscious commitment, a developed self-awareness, an ability to adapt and connect with your people to meet their individual needs whilst maintaining high expectations.
Liberating Leadership is focused on developing leaders to who are recognised for creating high performing individuals and teams. The aims of the programme are designed to ensure that everyone moving in the same and/or correct direction, staff are following the same vision, staff are intrinsically motivated and are operating at a high performing, interdependent level.
Pioneering Professional
Pioneering Professional ‘The Pioneer’ is focused on inspiring a workforce to have the key attitude of responsible initiative. It is centred around 7 key skills that high achieving professionals need to be focused on from understanding others to controlling your own workload. Highly effective people are interdependent, focused on solutions and take responsibility for managing their own success. This programme ensures reflection, discussion, and forward planning for self-development; encouraging the individuals within an organisation to become accountable for their own development.
The programme covers barriers to high performance such as work victim mentality, stress, time-wasting, and conflict. It explores these with a focus on accountability and personal reflection; what can you do to overcome this and what is within your control?

Executive Coaching

Karen specialises in executive level coaching in which she supports and effectively challenges leaders to get to a level of high-performance as visionary, motivational leaders. Claire uses her personal leadership experience to support the communication approach, professionalism, and dedication of leaders within organisations.

My Customer, My Responsibility
Karen designed this programme to inspire businesses, teams and individuals to provide exceptional customer service. Customer service (both internal and external) is key to the success of any organisation. The programme is centred around accountability, feedback, explicitness, listening skills and effective questioning. The programme supports the review of how good we really are at providing the right service and reviews the pitfalls that we can fall into. With lots of interaction and tips for improvement. My Customer My Responsibility gets excellent feedback from all of the organisations we have delivered it to and one of our NHS Trusts has delivered it to all 8000 of their people.
The training is a one-day programme the covers:

How do perceptions impact on our views of customers and vice versa
The 16 skill we need to be successful at customer service and the skills to ensure we are talented at them all
Train the Trainer
We offer bespoke training programmes to develop the internal trainers of your organisation to be inspiring presenters and effective teachers with the skills to effectively develop staff through the delivery of internal programmes.
Our train the trainer programme covers skills such as adaptability, effective communication, effective questioning, presentation skills and the understanding of different learning styles. There is a lot to consider when delivering training with regards to environment, style, engagement, audience, materials, and handouts.
This training course is typically running over two days with the incorporation of trainer presentations, feedback, and peer evaluation. The main aim of this course is to prepare people to deliver excellent, engaging training programmes to their peers within the organisation. We work to tailor this programme to fit the needs of your organisation with regards to your training offer and the experience of the trainers attending.
