“We have had several sessions from Claire and Karen, introducing our valued volunteers and staff to the Insights programme. It has always proved to be an enjoyable session with everyone joining in and engaging well. I always love the dawning of understanding that happens on people’s faces as they learn about themselves and other people. It has proved invaluable for all of us to understand each other and the strengths and weaknesses of others. It has been so useful in helping us work better together in teams.”

Julie Walton, Chief Commissioner

Girlguiding North West England, January 2024

"Claire initially provided Liberating Leadership training to all the senior Leaders across the UK team. The course was delivered in such an effective and interactive way that we all thoroughly enjoyed the group sessions. Claire’s way of approaching the training made the whole process both fun and rewarding and we left with a more insightful understanding of what kind of leader we are and also a better understanding of how to lead moving forward.

Due to the success of the initial training, we have rolled out the course to middle managers and supervisors and we will continue to utilise some of the one2one follow up sessions that Claire has offered.

All in all, it has been a hugely successful experience working with Claire and I would highly recommend her to any business looking to improve and evolved their management skillsets."

"I first met Claire and Karen when I took on my role as L&D Manager for PD Ports and knew straight away that I wanted to work with them; their passion and enthusiasm for developing others was evident from that first conversation. Nearly two years on, Claire has developed a deep understanding of our business, culture and our strategy to enable the use of insights at all levels of our organisation and in a way that works for us."

Emma Dickinson - Group Learning and Development Manager

PD PORTS

"Karen has undertaken several pieces of work for my service areas, all of which have had a huge impact on the staff who have participated. The Insights evaluations and coaching has been of particular interest to the whole management team and the delivery of this has lead to a greater understanding of management styles within the leadership team. We are looking forward to further input to strengthen the team's development. The My Customer My Responsibility has received very positive feedback and other staff within the organisation are now keen to complete this. Karen has a presentation style that keeps the audience engaged and makes the sessions enjoyable and interactive for even the most reluctant of participants. I would not hesitate to recommend utilising Karens skills and knowledge to improve any organisations functioning and delivery of services"

"As a busy Director in a growing company myself and the other busy Directors needed help seeing past the ends of our noses. Karen opened our eyes and unlocked knowledge to allow us understand better ourselves and our interaction with each other, those internally and our customers. Karen is hugely insightful and has a fantastic and rare ability to constructively and educationally cut to the chase, provide alternative perspective and make you revaluate the most important part of business.... relationships. I have no hesitation in recommending Karen to others"

“Karen Knowles has worked with my leadership team throughout the last 3 years. Her work with the team has been excellent and enabled us to work more effectively together and to achieve better outcomes for the school through consistent leadership approaches. I am certainly a better leader and a more confident leader as a result of working with Karen, both through “Insights” and through High performing leadership teams training. I do highly recommend her to colleagues.”
